WHAT:            Intel Developer Forum, Fall 2001 is the premier event
                 for hardware and software developers seeking vital
                 technology insight and a competitive advantage.
                 Attendees will receive such essential technology
                 information as the latest on Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4-
                 and Intel(R) Itanium(TM)-based platforms, the
