Keynote speaker, Adolph S. Clausi, retired Senior Vice President Chief Research Officer Worldwide, General Foods Corp., shares his experiences discussing what determines success or failure of new food products. Clausi is credited with Jello Instant Pudding, Alphabits cereal and was instrumental in the development of Cool Whip Cool Whip is a brand of imitation whipped cream called a "whipped topping" by its manufacturer. It is used as a dessert topping and in some no-bake pie recipes. It is generally described as "non-dairy" as it contains no cream or milk and no lactose, though it does contain the , Tang tang, in zoology tang: see butterfly fish. and Gainesburgers dog food. He holds the patent for 13 food products and will relate success stories and experiences with the "bloopers" that never make it to the grocery shelf.
