Dave Roberts, co-founder and VP of marketing at Inkra Networks -- makers of a new class of systems that deliver streamlined and enhanced services for Internet data centers -- will speak at the NetWorld+Interop Conference in Las Vegas, Nev., May 5-10, 2002. Roberts will participate in the "Web Switching Shootout" session on Thursday, May 9, from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Alistair Croll, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  at Coradiant, will also be on hand to introduce Roberts along with additional session speakers Roy Zisapel of Radware and Dan Matte of F5 Networks.

Roberts has extensive experience in both computer engineering and marketing. As vice president of product management for Nortel Networks, Roberts was responsible for product strategy and definition related to the company's line of Layer 2 and Layer 3 Ethernet switches and campus ATM switches. Prior to Nortel, Roberts held director of marketing and engineering positions at Bay Networks, Rapid City Communications, Cabletron Systems, and ZeitNet, Inc., where he spearheaded Gigabit Ethernet and ATM product lines and strategic marketing initiatives.
