WHAT:                      The CDMA Development Group's (CDG) 2002
                           CDMA Latin America Regional Conference will
                           explore the opportunities for 3G services
                           in Latin America. Executives at the
                           conference will provide delegates with an
                           expert view on topics such as the status of
                           3G today, 3G spectrum, TDMA migration
                           paths, economics and business opportunities
                           with 3G, CDMA2000 devices, roaming and the
                           future of next-generation wireless.

WHO:                       Speakers at this year's CDMA Latin America
                           Regional Conference include executives from
                           Bell Mobility, BellSouth International,
                           Ericsson, International Telecommunication
                           Union (ITU), Lucent Technologies, Movilnet,

                           foster the worldwide development,
