WHAT:          The CDMA Development Group's (CDG) 2002 CDMA Latin
               America Regional Conference will feature executives who
               will provide conference delegates with an expert view
               on topics such as the status of 3G today, 3G spectrum,
               TDMA migration paths, economics and business
               opportunities with 3G, CDMA2000 devices, roaming and
               the future of next-generation wireless services.
               Speakers at this year's CDMA Latin America Regional
               Conference include leading industry analysts,
               regulatory officials and CDMA operators and
               manufacturers from Bell Mobility, Bell South
               International, Ericsson, International
               Telecommunications Union (ITU), Iusacell, Lucent
               Technologies, Motorola, Movilnet, Nortel, Qualcomm, SK
               Telecom, Smartcom PCS, Sprint PCS, Telesp Celular,
               Yankee Group and others.

WHO:           The CDG is a nonprofit trade association formed to
               foster the worldwide development, implementation and
               use of CDMA technologies. The group is comprised of the
               world's leading CDMA service providers and
               manufacturers. By working together, the members will
               help ensure interoperability among systems, while
               expediting the availability of CDMA technology to
