WHO:   StarGen's Ian Cook, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) sales
       and marketing manager, will speak in a session regarding
       AdvancedTCA at Electronica 2002 in Munich, Germany. Cook's
       presentation is part of the AdvancedTCA Forum.

WHAT:  StarGen, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company and developer of
       the StarFabric switched interconnect solution, will have a
       representative discussing "PICMG 3.3 AdvancedTCA StarFabric &
       PCI Express Advanced Switching " at Electronica 2002. The
       session will cover the requirements and layout a framework for
       solutions using the switched interconnect technology in the
       communication equipment market. The conference presents the
       largest range of electronic components and application-oriented
       assemblies anywhere in the world.

WHERE: Electronica 2002 will take place at the New Munich Trade Fair
       Center in Munich, Germany.  Electronica is the world's foremost
       trade show for assemblies and components in electronics,
       bringing together engineers and decision-makers from the fields
       of electrical and electronic engineering and mechanical
       engineering, precision mechanics, optics, vehicle
       manufacturing, aerospace technology, medical technology and the
       chemical industry.

WHEN:  The conference will take place Tuesday, November 12 through
       Friday, November 15, 2002 and is scheduled to begin at
       9:00 a.m.  Cook's session is from 12:00-12:30 p.m. on
       Wednesday, November 13th, in Conference Room: A22.
