The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) will host its 2002 ISDA FpML Conference in London on Friday, December 13, 2002. Accredited members of the media are invited to attend this members-only event.

WHAT:    2002 ISDA FpML Conference
         This conference will feature a day of sessions
         detailing the evolution of FpML and its integration
         within ISDA, as well as future plans for FpML.
         General sessions in the morning program will address
         such topics as FpML Current Status, Review of
         Industry Standards and Practical Applications of FpML.

         The afternoon program will include two concurrent
         streams of breakout sessions, addressing such topics
         as FpML for Credit Derivatives, FpML for Interest
         Rate Derivatives, FpML for Equity Derivatives, FpML
         for FX, and XML Tools and Validation.

WHO:     The conference will feature key industry speakers, as well as
