 Fishing Hall of Fame Induction induction, in electricity and magnetism

 Ceremony and dinner will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2003, 6 p.m. at the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum in Dania Beach, FL. The public is invited to join Masters of Ceremonies Andy Mill Andy Ray Mill (born November 2, 1953 in Aspen, Colorado) is a two-time Olympic downhill skier from the United States.

In 1974, Mill was on the World Championship Downhill Team competing in St. Moritz, Switzerland.

The 2003 IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame inductees are:

Sir Garrick Agnew       Pioneered billfishing in Western Australia by
                        catching the first black, blue and striped
                        marlin.

Curt Gowdy              Renowned radio and TV broadcaster; host of The
                        American Sportsman; expert lifetime fly
                        fisherman, conservationist, IGFA Trustee.

Bernard "Lefty" Kreh    Renowned salt water fly fisherman and creator
                        of "Lefty's Deceiver"; expert caster, writer,
                        teacher, speaker, photographer.

Henry "Hal" Lyman       Publisher of Salt Water Sportsman Magazine;
                        authority on saltwater fishing; author, early
                        conservationist; advisor to federal, state,
                        and local agencies.

Roland Martin           Winner of 19 B.A.S.S. Tournaments and nine-
                        time winner of B.A.S.S.'s "Angler of the Year"
                        title; host of TV's Fishing with Roland
                        Martin.

William "Billy" Pate    Has set 25 world records on fly and was the
                        first to catch all four species of marlin on a
                        fly rod; since 1982 has held the world record
                        for tarpon (188 lb) on 16 lb tippet.


Sponsored by ROLEX, this star-studded event will include a special VIP reception, cocktail cocktail, short mixed drink originating in the United States and served as an appetizer. It generally has a basis of gin, whisky, rum, or brandy combined with vermouth or fruit juices and often flavored with bitters or grenadine.  reception and silent auction, and the induction ceremony and dinner.
