      WHAT: The International Association of Business Communicators
        (IABC) Minnesota and the Greater Twin Cities United Way team
        up again to present the 2001 Nonprofit Communicator Workshop
        series. This year's workshops address the challenges faced by
        communicators at leading Minnesota nonprofit organizations to
        find new, creative and cost-effective ways to reach their key
        audiences.

      WHEN: Aug. 14: "Web Sites That Save You Time, Not Take Your Time"

          Sept. 11: "Use the Internet to Get Your Message Out"

          Oct. 8: "Make Your Point--Right Away"

          Nov. 13: "Let Others Communicate for You: Employees as Your
            Walking Brand"

          Workshops begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 10:00 a.m.

      WHERE: International Institute of Minnesota (across from the
        Minnesota State Fair Grounds), 1694 Como Avenue, St. Paul

      COST: $20 per session or $75 for the series
