WHO: Daniel Druker, general manager of eCRM for Hyperion, a leader

WHEN: The conference runs July 12 - 14, 2000 and the panel session
is on July 14.
WHAT: Mr. Druker will join a panel of speakers at the Forbes CIO
Congress 2000 Conference focused on 'Enabling the
Customer-centric Organization: From Mass Market to Mass
Customization.' The panel will focus on "Balancing Customer
Intimacy with the Call for Privacy."
Along with Mr. Druker, the other confirmed panel speakers

as panel moderator.
