WHAT:         In an effort to express their outrage at President
              George W. Bush's statement today that he will support a
              United States Constitutional amendment banning same-sex
              marriages, the West Hollywood City Council will join
              forces with hundreds of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
              Transgender activists tonight at a protest rally in the
              City of West Hollywood. The protest rally, sponsored by
              the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center, will convene on
              Santa Monica Boulevard at San Vicente Boulevard at
              6:30 p.m.

WHO:          Hundreds of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender
              activists and Members of the West Hollywood City Council

WHEN:         Tuesday, February 24, 2004 (tonight)
              6:30 p.m.

WHERE:        Santa Monica Boulevard at San Vicente Boulevard
              West Hollywood
