What: Hummer Winblad will announce the "sweet sixteen" finalists in
     its "February Madness" business plan competition live from
     Harvard Business School's Cyberposium 2000. Designed for college
     and university students with great ideas for new Internet
     opportunities, the winner is guaranteed a funding offer from
     Hummer Winblad. The "sweet sixteen" teams will face off on March
     10 and 11 at one of four regional locations, with the winner from
     each qualifying for the "final four" showdown in San Francisco on
     March 21.
