WHAT: Municipal Hospital Workers Union, Local 420, DC 37, AFSCME AFSCME American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees , has planned a protest demonstration during the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Queens Hospital Center. The union is taking this opportunity to protest against the Mayor during his appearance at the groundbreaking and his administrations actions in recent weeks to attempt to close down, privatize pri·va·tize
