WHAT:          Are hosting the National Urban League's 46th Annual
               Equal Opportunity Day (EOD) Awards Dinner, an event
               that honors individuals and corporations who
               perpetuate the principle of equal opportunity and
               exhibit leadership qualities that result in notable
               contributions to the cause of equal rights.

               Proceeds from the dinner benefit the League's education,
               technology, economic self-sufficiency and racial
               inclusion initiatives. Robert J. Brown, Chairman and
               CEO, B&C Associates, Inc. is the National Dinner
               Chairman.

               The evening's honorees are Oprah Winfrey and Stedman
               Graham, State Farm Insurance Companies and John H.
               Bryan, Jr., former Chairman, Sara Lee Corporation.
               S. Epatha Merkerson of NBC's Emmy award-winning series
               Law & Order will emcee.

               The EOD Award is the Urban League's highest and most
               prestigious honor.

               The Urban League is the nation's oldest and largest
               community-based movement empowering African
               Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream.
