WHO:
        Tom Peyton, Senior Manager, National Advertising for American
        Honda Motor Co., Inc., will announce the headlining act for
        the highly successful Civic Tour 2004 at this year's Civic
        Tour press conference.

        One of today's hottest rock bands will be behind the wheel of
        the fourth installment of Civic Tour and will be present at
        the event for media interviews and photographs.

WHAT:
        Media are invited for an up-close-and-personal look at the
        2004 Honda Civic Coupe that the band customized and
        autographed along with the state of the art Alpine system
        featuring video and navigation system.

        There will also be an informal Q&A session with the band.

        The customized Civic Coupe will be available
        for photographing.

        Drinks and appetizers will be served.
