WHAT: A press conference hosted by the Rose Bowl Operating Company
(RBOC) to unveil the plans for a redesigned stadium that would
provide a state-of-the-art facility for a National Football
League team - while retaining the historical Rose Bowl almost in
its entirety. The concepts will also include Arroyo Seco
enhancements and increased public use areas.

WHO: Speakers will include: John Moag, Rose Bowl NFL project leader
and chairman of Moag and Company, a premier sports, media and
entertainment investment banking firm; Bill Thomson, former mayor
of Pasadena and Vice-Chairman of the RBOC; and Jon Knight of the
architectural firm of HOK Sport + Venue + Event which is
designing the stadium. NFL Representative TBD.
