WHAT:   Thirteen-year-old Hip Hop sensation Lil' Romeo will juggle
        more than a skyrocketing singing and acting career when he
        pays a behind-the-scenes visit to The Greatest Show On
        Earth(R).

        Joined by a group of young fans, the rapper will feed an
        elephant, model circus costumes, try his hand at juggling, and
        otherwise get an up close look at the circus and its stars,
        before enjoying the all-new 132nd Edition of Ringling Bros.
        and Barnum & Bailey(R) and performing a post-show concert.

WHEN:   5:45 - 6:00 p.m. (CST)
        Thursday, November 21, 2002

        (Lil' Romeo will perform a 30-minute concert at 9:15 p.m.,
        following the 7:00 p.m. performance of Ringling Bros. and
        Barnum & Bailey.)

WHERE:  The United Center - 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago

        Media: Enter Gate 4, off Wolcott, on the east side of the
        building.

NOTE:   Lil' Romeo, who was the youngest solo artist ever to top the
        Billboard Hot 100 singles chart with his first hit, "My Baby,"
        is scheduled to release a new album, "Game Time," in
        mid-December. He is also currently filming "Honey" with Dark
        Angel's Jessica Alba and will appear in MGM's upcoming "Lil'
        Romeo and Lil' Juliet," a modern spin on the Shakespeare
        classic.
