--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)

YES! SANTA is flying into Media City Center in his very own
helicopter on Friday, Nov. 24, with a little help from Commander
Chuck of KIIS FM! He's landing on the roof of the decked-out mall to
kick off some spectacular holiday festivities, but he's not coming
alone. In order to acclimate the Jolly old Elf, the merry folks at
Radio Disney are blowing in 15 tons of real snow!

WHEN: Friday, Nov. 24 -- 9AM to 4PM

WHO: Santa Claus himself will be choppered in to join St. Lucia and
her merry band of Puppets and Jesters as Media City Center
gets joyful and triumphant with live entertainment from
        Carolers and Pro Ice Dancers.

WHERE: Burbank's Media City Center, 201 E. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank,
Calif. Festivities start at the Magnolia entrance to the
mall and move, via procession, to the Ikea parking lot.
Santa will arrive on the roof.

WHAT: Media City Center kicks off Christmas 2000 holiday cheer with
a splash by showering young and old with snowy Yule-tide
        entertainment.

-- St. Lucia and her entourage of outrageous Scandinavian
Characters lead a procession to Santa's Magical Land. Holiday
        Youth Choir croons!

-- Special performances from The Nutcracker and Hans Christian
Anderson at Media Dance Art Center and amazing animated
        Puppets.

-- Professional Ice Dancing to thrill and astound audiences
        of all ages.

-- 11AM-2PM Santa arrives with 15 tons of icy cold snow direct
from the North Pole... (okay, it's from an effects house --
        but it is real snow!)

        -- Noon-4PM: Traditional horse-drawn carriage rides whisk
lucky passengers away on a mystical holiday journey around
        the mall.

-- The Angel Tree helps the Salvation Army make dreams come
        true for children in need.

WHY: So that Media City Center can keep the Grinch away and help
bring the true spirit of Holiday joy to Southern California
        families. It's a Snow Day!
