Settlement Agreement Preserves State Funding for Hayward's

WHAT:     In a resolution reaffirming support of the Blue Rock
          project, the City Council, Hayward Unified School District
          and Blue Rock's developer, Hayward 1900, will formally
          announce the preservation of funds to build Hayward's new
          public elementary school.
