WHAT:     Marking the anniversary of the anthrax events of one
          year ago in Florida, New York and New Jersey, health
          experts and public policy makers convene in Washington, D.C.
          to discuss bioterrorism and biosecurity. The dialogue
          is an exclusive preview of BioSecurity 2002, an
          international scientific and educational conference that
          takes place November 18-21, 2002 at the MGM Grand Hotel and
