WHAT:    Eight youngsters between the ages of 7 and 15 who kicked,
         passed and punted their way to the finals in two "Football
         Frenzy" skills competitions held in October and November will
         compete in a pre-game playoff at the Rose Bowl. This event
         and the previous skills competitions are sponsored by the Los
         Angeles Department of Water and Power and Pacific Bell.

WHEN:    Saturday, Nov. 18
         11:30 a.m. -- all contestants and staff meet at the Lot "H"
           Booth No. 8 Tent located outside the Rose Bowl
         Noon -- competition begins on the field in the Rose Bowl with
           awards ceremony immediately following at Booth No. 8
