He actively served on the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and on the Board of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Prior to the PUC, Greg was a partner at Arthur Andersen & Co in charge of utilities and telecommunications audit practice for their San Francisco office and the north western and western U.S. Since leaving the PUC, he has been a Senior Advisor to an energy consulting firm. Greg is a longterm member and chairman of the Industry Education Council of California and holds a BS, Accounting from University of Utah The University of Utah (also The U or the U of U or the UU), located in Salt Lake City, is the flagship public research university in the state of Utah, and one of 10 institutions that make up the Utah System of Higher Education.  and a J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco     [  Law School.
