    What:       Eighth Annual Technology Stars Awards Gala

    When:       Thursday, May 1, 2003 - Reception 5:30 p.m., followed
                by dinner and ceremony.

    Why:        The Tech Council's Awards Gala is the area's premier
                event honoring outstanding individuals, corporate and
                community leaders, entrepreneurs and pioneers in the
                Greater Richmond region. Last year's event attracted
                approximately 600 key technology leaders from all over
                the region. This year's event will celebrate the best
                and brightest stars in the area and recognize their
                outstanding achievements to the vital growth of
