The Greater Hartford Jaycees Foundation and Canon U.S.A. Inc. will recognize four local charitable organizations with grants totaling $235,000 at opening ceremonies of the 2001 Canon Greater Hartford Open at the Tournament Players Club at River Highlands. Greater Hartford Jaycees Foundation President Brenda Bradley and Canon U.S.A. President Kinya Uchida will make the awards during today's ceremonies that start at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st tee of the course.
