WHAT: Grand opening at Parc Ridge in Northridge, Calif. This is a new
apartment complex that is the former site of Northridge Meadows
Apartments, destroyed in the 1994 earthquake.

and their efforts to recover from one of the largest natural

Grand opening ceremonies will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Parc Ridge, a new 158-unit apartment community in Northridge, formerly the site of Northridge Meadows Apartments, which collapsed during the 1994 earthquake.
