           Harbor Freeway (110) south. Take the Century Freeway (105)
           east and exit on Central Ave. Left on Central, right on
           Imperial Hwy., left on Compton Ave. and finally a left on
           114th St. The Nickerson Gardens main office will be on your
           left.

VISUALS:   Nickerson Gardens residents adults, children and staff
           watching as the representatives of Golden State Mutual Life
           Insurance hook up the computers into the center. Children
           laughing and running around the center. Grandson and son of
           William Nickerson Jr. speeches, donating computers,
           watching and helping residents with the computers.

BACKGROUND: William Nickerson Jr. founded Golden State Mutual Life
            Insurance in 1925. Nickerson Gardens is this namesake.
            Named after him in honor of his contributions to the
            community. GSFM Life Insurance is donating two computers
            with monitors and hard drives.
