Festival with 30,000 attendance expected Friday,

Festival will serve over 10 tons of beef, 4 tons of
scampi, 4 tons of calamari, 4 tons of pasta spiced
with over 4 tons of fresh garlic.
Finals of Great Garlic Cook-Off, involving eight
finalists from across the country, will begin at
9 a.m. Saturday and conclude at 1 p.m. on Park
side Cook-Off Stage.
