WHAT:        George Washington and Abraham Lincoln unveil the new
             PATRIOT CHALLENGE(TM) board game along with game creator,
             Chris Nelson, at the American International Toy Fair.

WHEN:        Monday, Feb. 17 -- President's Day
             10:30 a.m.

WHERE:       Javits Center -- Press Conference Room 1A04 -- two doors
             down from the Toy Fair Press Center (Room 1B03) --
             Convention Center Level One, Eleventh Ave. between 34 --
             39th Streets.

EVENT:       To celebrate President's Day and the debut of the PATRIOT
             CHALLENGE(TM) board game at Toy Fair, George Washington
             and Abraham Lincoln, America's two most famous patriots
             (along with Nelson, creator of the game), will march into
             the Javits Center Press Conference Room, #1A04, followed
             by a Fife and Drum Corp (reminiscent of 1776), to unveil
             the game that celebrates the American journey from past
             to present.

             Nelson will welcome everyone and then introduce George
             Washington and Abraham Lincoln who will make comments
             about the celebration of President's Day and the
             importance of being knowledgeable about our country's
             proud history. Nelson, Washington and Lincoln will then
             unveil the PATRIOT CHALLENGE(TM) game board as the Fife
             and Drum Corp add a musical flourish, followed by a
             confetti blast that adds excitement to the moment.

PHOTO OPS/
INTERVIEWS:  Photo opportunities of George Washington and Abraham
             Lincoln playing the game will be set-up for the media
             along with any other photo requests. Washington, Lincoln
             and Nelson will also be available for interviews at this
             time.
