Celebrated on February 2, the goal of the program is to mentor America's youth and provide them with a close-up look at the vast career opportunities that exist in the hospitality industry.

event ends with a luncheon celebrating the hospitality
industry's participation in National Groundhog Job Shadow
Day 2000. There will be opportunities for photos and
