                    provide critical power to mission critical
                    facilities that cannot afford any interruption in
                    their energy supplies. The pre-assembled,
                    pre-tested and pre-commissioned systems combine a
                    generator backed up power system with an
                    uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to provide a
                    virtual mission critical power plant in a box for
                    projects from 250 kVA to 50 MVA.

                --  Global Services - GE Digital Energy operates one
                    of the largest power quality maintenance and
                    service businesses in the critical power
                    protection industry, specializing in preventive
                    and remedial maintenance services of UPS systems,
                    stationary battery systems, and battery chargers.
