ADVISORY/Former SEC Chair Arthur Levitt to Release His Independent Report on Finances of the National Hockey League.

NEW YORK----(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2004

Arthur Levitt, longest-serving chair of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and former chair of the American Stock Exchange, discusses results of his independent study into the finances of the National Hockey League, Thursday, February 12th, 1 p.m., ET, Broadway Room, Westin New York at Times Square, 270 West 43rd Street.

Mr. Levitt will discuss the report and take questions from media in the room and from media linked to the briefing by satellite from various NHL venues.

The press conference also will be available via telephone conference call.

Retained by the NHL one year ago, Mr. Levitt set strict conditions to assure the objectivity of his findings.

Before joining the SEC, Mr. Levitt owned Roll Call, a newspaper covering Capitol Hill. He also served as chair of the New York City Economic Development Corp.
