WHAT:  The Fluidmaster "Flush Off" kicks off October National Toilet
       Repair Month.

WHEN:  Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, 11 a.m.

WHERE: Fluidmaster Inc., 30800 Rancho Viejo Road, San Juan Capistrano,
       Calif. 92675; 949/728-2000.

       From points North: 5 Freeway South, exit Junipero Serra, turn
       left. Street will quickly dead-end at Rancho Viejo, turn
       right. Turn left into Fluidmaster entrance (about 1/4 mile)
       and follow signs to parking.

       From points South: 5 Freeway North, exit Junipero Serra, turn
       right. Street will quickly dead-end at Rancho Viejo, turn
       right. Turn left into Fluidmaster entrance (about 1/4 mile) and
