WHAT: Fiserv will announce several new partnerships and offerings
at this year's BAI TransPay Conference from May 18 to 20 in
Las Vegas, Nevada. With these, Fiserv will better help
financial institutions automate check/document processing
and help them prepare for the Check 21 implementation
deadline of October 28, 2004.
Specifically, expert resources from Fiserv, the nation's
largest third-party processor of checks and the leader in
check/document imaging, are available to address:
-- Fiserv Clearing Network--A network designed to remove
steps in the check clearing process, enabling financial
institutions to save on cost and time.
-- NetDeposit Partnership-- Fiserv is pursuing an agreement
with NetDeposit to use the company's technology for
image exchange and substitute check printing. In
addition, NetDeposit would use technology from Fiserv
and its Imagesoft Technologies unit.
-- Fast Forward Solutions Partnership-- Fiserv is pursuing
an agreement with Fast Forward Solutions, a subsidiary
of AirNet Systems, Inc., to provide a comprehensive
substitute check solution including printing and
delivery.
