WHAT:   The TIA & Toy Wishes Holiday preview has been designated as
        the 'official' industry kick-off to the holiday toy buying and
        editorial season.

        Along with previewing the hottest toys of the upcoming holiday
        season from over 50 manufacturers - from large companies like
        Hasbro, Mattel and Fisher-Price brands, LeapFrog and LEGO to
        smaller well-known manufacturers such as Wild Planet, Binney &
        Smith (Crayola) and Spin Master, the media will also preview
        the Toy Wishes 2003 Hot Dozen - the twelve toys predicted to
        be the 'must haves' of the season - along with the '2003 All
        Stars'- outstanding items in twenty different toy categories -
        all under one roof for one day only.

WHEN:   Wednesday, October 8th      Press check in begins at 9:00 AM
        10:00 AM - 4:30 PM          Press conference announcing Hot
