The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is the Cleveland-based headquarters of the U.S. Federal Reserve System's Fourth District. The district is composed of Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. and its partner, Willow willow, common name for some members of the Salicaceae, a family of deciduous trees and shrubs of worldwide distribution, especially abundant from north temperate to arctic areas. Elementary School elementary school: see school. , will celebrate the release of the Ohio state quarters with a special program at the school on March 18. The program will include educational activities, an original song, and a special cake honoring the quarter. In addition, each student will take home a piggy bank holding -- you guessed it -- Ohio quarters, as a souvenir and reminder about the importance of saving. To get to Willow, go south on Ontario Ontario, city, United States Ontario, city (1990 pop. 133,179), San Bernardino co., S Calif., near Los Angeles, in a region of vineyards; inc. 1891. and veer right onto Broadway.
