Taxpayers will have an opportunity to propose changes to state income tax laws at the Franchise Tax Board's (FTB FTB Franchise Tax Board (California; they collect income and sales tax)

) annual Taxpayers' Bill of Rights hearing later this month.

The hearing allows taxpayers a chance to present proposals to change existing state income tax laws and/or improve FTB's publications or services.
