TOPIC: Vietnam Wednesday approved a historic agreement to normalize trade with
the United States. According to a story by Reuters, the trade pact will remove
Vietnam from the group of states -- including North Korea, Afghanistan, Serbia
and Cuba -- denied normal trade relations with the United States. Experts in
the story predict that Vietnam will see "almost immediate benefits" as export
tariffs are cut by about 35 percent. Those experts predict an enormous increase
