TOPIC: The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a trademark dispute between
Victoria's Secret and owners of a shop in Elizabethtown, Ky. called Victor's
Little Secret, according to an article by Dow Jones Newswires. Last year, a
federal appeals court ruled that the Kentucky store's name diluted the
distinctiveness of the Victoria's Secret trademark. This fall, the Supreme
Court must decide if the Federal Trademark Dilution Act requires a plaintiff,
in this case Victoria's Secret, to prove economic harm was done. EXPERTS:
