Business Editors

ADVISORY...

--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2001
TOPIC: A study presented at the American Public Health Association's annual
meeting suggests that walking for 30 minutes per day, three days per week, is
enough to increase bone mass in women, according to an article by Reuters
Health. George A. Kelley of the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of
Health Professions in Boston and his team of researchers found that women who
exercised experienced a 2 percent increase in bone mass, the article says. It
is unknown whether this small increase would help to lower the risk of
osteoporosis. EXPERTS: ExpertSource can offer several highly qualified experts
