TOPIC: The New York Times reports that the F.B.I. has taken over the
investigation of anthrax contamination in South Florida after a co-worker of a
man who died from the illness last week was also found to have spores of the
disease in his nasal passages, although he does not appear to have a full-blown
case of anthrax. According to the story, law enforcement officials said that
the presence of anthrax in two co-workers was suspicious, although they have no
evidence of criminal or terrorist activity. Experts said these cases should
make the American medical community, on heightened alert after the WTC attacks,
even more vigilant about biological terrorism. In addition, it will likely
further stress an American public that's already harboring distressing concerns
