TOPIC: The Transportation Security Administration is requesting airline passengers to keep luggage unlocked, according to an article by CNN.com. Beginning December 31, Congress is requiring all 429 commercial U.S airports to conduct explosives screening for all checked baggage. The bags will run through bomb-screening machines and, if triggered, will be hand searched by personnel without the owner present, the article says.
