Cahoots(TM), Inc. and EMusic.com (Nasdaq: EMUS), the Internet's leading seller of downloadable music, will bring an exclusive interactive voicecast and concert Webcast with band, They Might Be Giants (TMBG TMBG They Might Be Giants (band) ).

John Sidney Linnell (born June 12 1959), musician, is known primarily as one half of Brooklyn, New York alternative rock duo They Might Be Giants.
 and John Flansburg of They Might Be Giants will participate in the live voicecast. A Webcast of the band in concert will follow the voicecast presented by Cahoots.

They Might Be Giants has built a reputation as one of the most innovative, unique rock bands in the world. The band has developed a special relationship with their fans through the official TMBG.com Web site, their pioneering MP3 releases, and programs such as "Dial-A-Song", which offers fans the ability to hear a different new song every hour.

What:

A one hour "Talk Live" interactive voicecast, using Cahoots' free Web communications software with John Linnell and John Flansburg of TMBG. Fans will use Cahoots to instant message band members questions and hear their responses via voice over IP in an auditorium style talk show. After the live voicecast, fans will be treated to a TMBG concert recorded live at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC NYC
