         the Networld+Interop tradeshow, May 8-10, in Las Vegas. The
         demonstration features the Emulex market-leading
         LightPulse(R) LP8000 Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs)
         connected to the McDATA ED-5000 Director, running a LAN-free
         backup solution over Fibre Channel.

         Emulex HBAs are also featured in a variety of demonstrations
         hosted by some of the industry's leading Fibre Channel
         companies, including: BakBone, Brocade, Eurologic,
         FalconStor, Finisar, Quantum/ATL, Seagate, Vixel and ZZYZX.
