largest chip maker, will be making a joint announcement at
Storage Networking World in Scottsdale, Ariz. on April 15,
2003. Executives Kirk Roller, president and COO, Emulex
Corp., and Mike Wall, general manager of the Storage
Components Division, Intel Corp., will be delivering the
announcement.
WHO: During his tenure at Emulex, Roller has successfully
managed the company's direct sales, marketing and channel
distribution/development, and boasts more than a decade of
industry experience in networking and Fibre Channel
technologies. As Emulex president and COO, Roller is
responsible for all engineering, sales and marketing
functions, and has been instrumental in positioning the
company as the world's leading supplier of storage
networking connectivity and software solutions.
Wall brings an extensive business background to Intel
Corporation, and has held several marketing management
positions leading technology companies. Since joining
Intel in 1992, Wall has held various positions, including
general manager of Intel's Supercomputer Systems Business
Unit and marketing director for Intel's Enterprise Server
Group.
