WHAT:   Joe Teolis, senior director of Fibre Channel Product Marketing

        speaking on a panel titled "Storage Management," scheduled for
        May 14, 2002 at SAN West in San Jose, Calif. Teolis will be

WHO:    During his two years with the company, Teolis has played a key
