    WHAT:          The Emulex 2 Gb/s LP9002 Fibre Channel host bus
                   adapter (HBA) has been selected by Brocade
                   Communications Systems Inc. to provide connectivity
                   for its demonstration of the new Brocade
                   SilkWorm(R) 12000 Core Fabric Switch, which expands
                   the capabilities of existing networked storage
                   environments, and is extensible to support 10 Gb/s
                   data rates, as well as IP networks.

                   Additionally, Emulex host bus adapters are featured
                   in the Storage Networking Industry Association's
                  (SNIA) common HBA application programming interface
                  (API) demonstration. The Emulex Management API
                   allows software providers to develop and implement
                   value-added SAN management services that leverage
                   the flexibility and functionality of Emulex's high
                   performance host bus adapter family.

                   The SNIA will also showcase a Common Interface
                   Model (CIM) for storage management applications.
                   Prisa Network's VisualSAN software, featured in the
                   SNIA CIM demonstration, utilizes the Emulex
                   market-leading LP8000 HBA and its Management API to
                   prove the flexibility, power and compliance of its
                   VisualSAN software architecture.
