               editorial board of Election Law Journal, and scheduled
               presenter for the Election Law Summit. He was acting
               assistant attorney general for Legislative Affairs,
               Department of Justice, and former partner, Hogan &
               Hartson. Tony Sutin was the dean of the Appalachian
               School of Law at the time of his tragic death.
