WHAT: A special inaugural presentation of a newly-completed study
by experts from the University of Southern California,
examining the economic impacts of recently adopted
stormwater treatment regulations for Los Angeles County.
The study projects high economic and job losses throughout
the County as a result of these rules.

WHO: Authors Peter Gordon, Professor of Policy, Planning, and
Development, and Professor of Economics; James E. Moore II,
Professor of Civil Engineering and Public Policy of the
University of Southern California will discuss the study;
elected representatives of impacted cities will discuss
local consequences.

building.
