ADVISORY/EarthLink Expands Its Harrisburg Call Center Operations and Celebrates With Grand-Opening Extravaganza.

Business Editors & Multimedia Writers

ADVISORY...for Monday Monday: see week.  (May 15)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHO: EarthLink, the nation's second-largest Internet service
          provider (ISP).

WHAT: EarthLink moves into its new call-center location and
commemorates the occasion with an employee grand-opening
          celebration.

WHEN: Monday, May 15
          Noon-4 p.m.

WHERE: EarthLink's Harrisburg Call Center Operations
          2801 Valley Road
          Dauphin County, Pa.

WHY: In the face of EarthLink's rapid member growth, EarthLink's
Harrisburg call center is also growing -- and moving to a
122,693-square-foot location in Dauphin County as its
permanent home. EarthLink will be the anchor tenant at the
property, which has the scalability to expand and become
EarthLink's largest call center to support 700-plus member
          support representatives. EarthLink's existing Harrisburg
staff of more than 300 Web-hosting, technical and member
support representatives will continue to service EarthLink's
member base of approximately 3.5 million members, handling
more than 7,000 calls per day.

To commemorate the grand opening of the call center on
May 15, EarthLink is throwing an employee celebration.
Harrisburg employees, local dignitaries and VIPs will be on
hand to celebrate EarthLink's continued growth in the
Harrisburg area and its commitment to help Pennsylvania
          become a leading technology state.

Directions: Take Valley Road off of Progress Avenue. Make
your third right, which will be the entrance to the
building. EarthLink's new call center is located at the
former AMP building. For more information, call EarthLink's
          Harrisburg office at 717/703-2700.
