WHAT: EarthLink moves into its new call-center location and
commemorates the occasion with an employee grand-opening
celebration.

WHY: In the face of EarthLink's rapid member growth, EarthLink's
Harrisburg call center is also growing -- and moving to a
122,693-square-foot location in Dauphin County as its
permanent home. EarthLink will be the anchor tenant at the
property, which has the scalability to expand and become
EarthLink's largest call center to support 700-plus member
support representatives. EarthLink's existing Harrisburg
staff of more than 300 Web-hosting, technical and member
support representatives will continue to service EarthLink's
member base of approximately 3.5 million members, handling
more than 7,000 calls per day.
To commemorate the grand opening of the call center on
May 15, EarthLink is throwing an employee celebration.
Harrisburg employees, local dignitaries and VIPs will be on
hand to celebrate EarthLink's continued growth in the
Harrisburg area and its commitment to help Pennsylvania
become a leading technology state.
Directions: Take Valley Road off of Progress Avenue. Make
your third right, which will be the entrance to the
