-- Industry Stat: 40% of All Orders Fulfilled Require Real-time
        Decision-Making

WHAT: EXE Technologies(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:EXEE) and Forrester
Research to host a Web conference to discuss transforming
static supply chains into what Forrester calls "adaptive
supply networks" through the use of agent technologies.

WHY: Increased outsourcing has made it increasingly difficult
for companies to spot glitches in their supply chains. Add
to that the fact that 40 percent of all orders have
exceptions and need real-time action for resolution.

When problems do arise, companies find themselves on the
defensive, working to put out the fires. By adopting
emerging technologies such as intelligent agent software,
companies can combat inefficiencies in the supply chain
            and improve fulfillment speeds.

EXE Technologies will announce EXceed(TM) Supply Network
Execution (SNx), a new product that intelligently
identifies issues within a fulfillment schedule and
automatically responds. A supply chain execution leader
and an analyst community representative will offer their
perspectives on the key business drivers that warrant
agent technology and provide details on a new supply chain
            execution product.

WHO: Charbel Abou-Jaoude, EXE SVP Supply Network Execution
Navi Radjou, Forrester senior analyst, Applications &
            Services
